Villa Information

The villa is located at one of the focal points of the village, on the quayside about 10 metres from the waterfront. It has spectacular uninterrupted views of the entire bay. The large flat roof provides ample space for sunbathing, drinks and tapas, and offers a panoramic view of the bay and the village.

There are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining/sitting room and a balcony.

The villa has been recently renovated and refurbished and is fully air conditioned and centrally heated (for the winter). It is double glazed throughout and provides protection from the tramuntana winds which can sometimes be strong, in the winter months.
